Notice for Conduct of e-Auction for Residential Group Housing Plots under Scheme GH-2026-02

This is to inform that the Scheme for allotment of Residential Group Housing (GH) plots through e-auction (GH-2026-02) was floated on the e-auction portal of Bank of Baroda.

Accordingly, the e-auction for Plot No. RE2 and RE4 shall be conducted on 03.09.2026 from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM through the e-auction portal i.e., https://dmiciitgnl-bankofbaroda.com.

It is further informed that bidders who had applied for plots of higher size may also participate in the e-auction for Plot of smaller size, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria and other conditions stipulated under the Scheme Brochure.

All other terms and conditions of the scheme shall remain unchanged and this issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
