KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
To spearhead the entire task of Project planning, implementation, development, operation and maintenance large scale infrastructure projects of the Company which includes new age Smart industrial cities, logistics and transportation infrastructure on the ground in accordance with the vision of the Company.

Managing activities right from the conceptualisation stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications & inventory control, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning, etc.

To be the driving force in the development and promulgation of best practices, standards ad codes of practice across the whole range of activities related to projects of the Company from concept to initiation, evaluation, design, project development.

To work for development, institutional frameworks, regulatory frameworks, Business plan and targets, monitoring project execution as well as fund utilisation and management on behalf of the Company.

Establishing reporting, evaluation and monitoring systems for the management of concerned stakeholders.

Act as fully functional appraisal unit capable of ensuring that the projects are appraised in accordance with relevant/requisite Government Guidelines.

Responsible for covering all the areas of project management like - Project initiation, Design, Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, and Quality Safety Management.

Representing the Company before Ministries/ Departments of Central and State Governments at various forums etc.

Marketing and faster networking among all stakeholders at national and global level.

Provide training and follow-up support necessary for project implementation to internal and external human resources as required.

Contribute to Project objectives through the effective development of feasibility report, Detail Project Reports (DPRs), Project Budgets & Cash Flows, Project Management Plan etc.

Should be conversant with procurement/contract conditions, tenders, negotiations, estimate, costing and billing, etc.

Should have complete knowledge of the Purchase, general contract, trade contract and sub contract documentation.

Update MIS periodically and make power point presentations in monthly review meetings.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The job requires multifunctional approach and co-ordination with State Government and it nodal agencies and requires supervision at various levels from projects planning to implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating baseline reports of cities.

Job Description

Monitoring of the construction and implementation, maintenance of 220/33/11 KV Electrical Substation, Electricity Transmission lines, SCADA based power distribution and Fiber Optics network.

Contract management with respect to the contract awarded by the Company, ensuring the project works are executed and maintained by the contractors as per the scope of work and terms and conditions of the contract. Estimating and preparing change orders, examining layouts/designs and providing engineering support.

Managing projects as required including all financial aspects of the project to protect and enhance cost savings.

Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) has been identified as one of the nodes to be developed in the Phase-I of the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The Integrated Industrial Township (IIT) is an initiative to drive manufacturing activity in the region in order to promote sustainable development. Job description for Property Management

Development, implementation and revision of land allotment policy,

Job Description:
He/she shall be in-charge of finance and accounts operations of the SPV and shall be Primary responsibility for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation.
The candidate should be able to conceptualize, plan and design strategies for development, institutional systems and processes, regulatory and monitoring frameworks that will lay the foundation for development of the projects in the future. The job requires multi-functional approach and continuous co-ordination with the central government, State Government and their nodal agencies. The job requires ability to prepare, analyses and produce financial and business reports with great insights.
Roles and Responsibilities

As the head of finance to spearhead the candidate is expected to undertake following roles and responsibilities:

Preparation of financing plans/ corporate plans considering the funding requirement for the project activities in consultation with the State Government and central government

Prepare long term and short term financial strategies.

Establish and monitor financial and accounting policies, procedures and controls.

Project structuring for implementation in different DPC and PPP modes.

Selection of consultants/contractors/ concessionaire and monitor their work and deliverables.

Support effective decision making by providing timely updates to the board members on strategic aspects

Oversee the preparation of yearly accounts (profit and loss statement, cashflow, and balance sheet) in line with statutory requirements and accounting policies of the Company.

Take responsibility for overall management and delivery of the business plan.

Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, for grant aid, for contracts, compliance of the provision of SSA, SHA and any other initiatives.

Build internal controls to ensure efficient working capital management and cash conversion cycle.

Oversee the development of Standard Operating Procedures on taxation related matters and design of systems and processes to ensure efficiency in tax planning

Undertake periodic tax planning exercises and, carry out timely and comprehensive analysis of any changes in the tax framework to ensure tax optimization for the organization

Guide business teams in framing contractual terms and conditions so as to minimize financial risks arising out of a contractual obligation

Minimum Requirements:

Nationality: Indian
Preferable Age: Candidate should be Maximum 50 years as on date of advertisement and must be in sound mind and health.
Qualification: Should be a graduate in commerce from a recognized University and Chartered Accountant from ICAI.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience and experience in infrastructure sector dealing with corporate financial management including cost and budgetary control, institutional/multilateral finance, working capital management in an organization of repute. He/She shall be responsible for project planning work. The job requires multifunctional approach and co-ordination with State Government and its nodal agencies and requires supervision at various levels from projects planning to implementation.
Role and Responsibilities:

Preparation, review and modification of Masterplan, Site Layout Plan, Building Regulations/Bylaws/Development Control Regulations for the projects of the township from time to time.

Preparation of development plans of all the identified infrastructure projects.

Review and appraisal of reports/proposals submitted by various stakeholders including consultants, Central and State Government departments, funding agencies, contractors within the context of Urban Planning/Regional Planning of the nodes.

Development of Urban Mobility Plan.

Job Description

Monitoring and supervising construction of the infrastructure works related to development of township, logistics and transportation projects of the Company including, roads, water supply, sewerage, drainage, buildings etc.

Examination and approval of the design reports submitted by the contractors.

Collating, preparing and interpreting reports submitted by various consultants and/or contractors.

Contract management with respect to the contract awarded by the Company, ensuring the project works are executed and maintained by the contractors as per the scope of work and terms and conditions of the contract. Estimating and preparing change orders, examining layouts/designs and providing engineering support.

Drive the entire contracting process from creation till completion of Contracts as per requirements.

Drafting, Vetting, Reviewing, Negotiating and Execution of all consulting contracts, EPC contracts, work orders, Subcontractor Agreements, Concession Agreement, Change Order and other additional documentation, Prepare Addendums to Contracts and other legal documents.

Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in handling legal issues in case of infrastructure projects. Should have experience of working on EPC Contracts/ Shareholders/ Joint venture Agreements, Concession Agreements, SPVs, Structuring and other legal documents relating to Infrastructure Projects.

Candidate having the experience of working in government/PSU sector will be given preference.
Knowledge and Skills

Must possess strong domain knowledge and understanding of Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance, contract laws, registration, stamping, FEMA etc.

Drafting of various agreements and contracts of the Company.

Application and Selection Process: The selection shall be done through Interview. The application shall be checked for completeness with respect to the eligibility criteria. The candidate shall be shortlisted and called for interview only if he fulfils the requisite eligibility criteria.
Initially the appointment shall be on contractual basis and there is a likely probability to be absorbed in the company depending on the suitability of the candidate.
Job Location: Position in currently based in Greater Noida but may require travel to other places.
Salary: As per 7th pay scale applicable in the State of Uttar Pradesh on Level 10. As per current applicable DA, annual CTC will be Rs. 11.9 lakh per annum (approx.).
